This API will create order at Razorpay Payment Gateway for the provided
Apprefid. In response it will return Payment URL which will redirect
partner to Axis Payment Gateway. A redirection URL is required to be
provided by the partner where the flow is required to be redirected in case
of success/ failure during payment at the payment gateway.
