The Video based Customer Identification Process (VCIP) Fixed Product APIs are used to open instant Digital Fixed Deposit from a third party mobile application / websites for NTB customers using Video KYC process. It is a complete seamless digital onboarding journey where few API calls are required for opening instant Digital Fixed Deposit from partner Mobile Apps/ Websites. The entire journey is divided into 7 stages viz - Product Eligibility, Customer Consent, EKYC, CDD (done internally without Partner Intervention), Funding, Video based Customer Identification Process (VCIP) and Product Creation/Allocation.

This API is used to retrieve the list of states and cities with their respective codes.
Consent Generate for FD Closure

This is a Consent generation API which triggers OTP to the users mobile during returning journey.
FD Maturity Details

API to check the amount to be received at the end of the FD tenure.
Billdesk Payment

This API is used in case partner has opted for Axis Bank Payment Gateway to redirect user for PG page for user to complete the Payment.
Billdesk Payment Inquiry

This API is used in case partner has opted for Axis Bank Payment Gateway to enquire the status of payment post payment transaction is completed.
Application Status Inquiry

This Generic API is a part of VCIP FD product which provides the status of application. CKYC, CDD, Product Creation & Concurrent Audit status can be checked using this API. This API is part of Onboarding Journey.
Product Eligibility

This API is part of VCIP FD Product. It is used to check whether the user is eligible to proceed with the journey or not. In case of eligible user, it also checks whether the user is NTB or ETB. This API is part of Onboarding Journey.
Product Allocation

This API is part of VCIP FD Product. This is product creation API which is used to create FD based on details shared by the Partner. This API is part of Onboarding Journey.
FD Balance

This API is part of VCIP FD Product. It is used to retrieve fixed deposit balance for the given account ID.
Send Email FD Advice

This API is part of VCIP FD Product. It is used to generate fixed deposit advice and send it to the registered mail ID of the customer.
FD Closure

This API is part of VCIP FD Product. It is used to close the fixed deposit fully or partially for the given account number.
