Instant Savings Account (Biometric KYC) 14 APIs

This product helps to open instant digital current account from third party mobile applications/websites for NTB customers using Biometric KYC process.

Customer Due Diligence

API for initiating CDD (Customer Due Diligence) of a particular application (identified by an application reference id). Typically CDD may not require additional parameters. However for Biometric based CASA journey, partner would need to provide the live location and the live image of the customer to initiate and also complete the CDD.
Initiate KYC

API to initiate the KYC for a particular customer (identified by the reference id)
Product Eligibility

This API is the entry point for all products and used to check the product eligibility for the given customer details.
Refund API

In case of Rejection prior to Activation basis system checks, refund API will provide status of refund in success or failure.
Nearest Branch

API to fetch the nearest branch basis pincode or geo-location. Input can either be a pincode or a geo-location. If both are provided, pincode will be preferred, geo location will be ignored.
App Status Detailed Inquiry

Inquiry API for the status of an application (identified by application reference Id). This API is the detailed app status inquiry which will give the complete data of the application at various stage. This API will be slower than the summary app status API. Hence this API should be called only if data of a particular stage is required.
Consent Mgmt OTP Generation

API to collect and manage consent for a particular application/use-case (identified by the reference id). Consent can be through OTP or Biometric
Agent Validation API

API to validate the agent. This API will verify the data and accept the request. API will provide validation result and token to start the journey.
Consent Mgmt OTP Validation

API to collect and manage consent for a particular customer (identified by the reference id). Consent can be through OTP or Biometric
Product Allocation

API to allocate a product to a customer. This product allocation API will verify the data and accept the request. Product Allocation will be performed in async manner. Partners can use the App Status Inquiry API for the status of product allocation.
Masters API

API for Masters and Configuration from the Bank end. Single API that will provide all kinds of masters that are required. State City master will be a different API.
State City Master

State City Master API. Each state will have mulitple cities and each city will have multiple pin codes. There will be a code that will be associated with each state and city.
App Status Summary Inquiry

Inquiry API for the status of an application (identified by application reference Id). The API identifies the current state of the application along with what would be the next state. It will also identify if a particular application journey is completed (dropped or completed). This is the summary API. Only the summary and the status of the application reference id will be provided.
