Instant Individual Current Account ( Video KYC)

The instant individual current account product APIs are used to open instant digital individual current account from a third party mobile application / websites for NTB customers using Video KYC process. It is a complete seamless digital onboarding journey where few API calls are required for opening instant digital individual current account from partner mobile Apps/ websites. The entire journey is divided into 4 stages viz - Product Eligibility, Customer Consent, Funding and Product Creation/Allocation.

Current-Product Allocation

This API is used to create customer’s savings account by taking consent details (OTP & OTPReferenceId), customer demographics details, branch details, etc. from the customer.
Current-Callback Enquiry API

This is a common callback inquiry API used by partner as fallback just in case callback is not received from Axis or callback response is required for a particular appref id. It is a common inquiry applicable for all callback APIs in the journey. Respective callback inquiry can be done by providing module in request of callback inquiry API along with appref id. The valid module values are "ekyc" for eKYC callback inquiry, "vcipReq" for video KYC callback inquiry, "pymt" for Payment Gateway Callback Inquiry and "prdcrt" for account activation callback inquiry. Partner can build this as automated fallback for all callbacks.
Current-Check Application Status

This API provides the current status of the application. This can be called at any stage in the journey post product eligibility to check the current stage and status of the application against the provided appRef Id.
Current-Check Product Eligibility

This API is used to check if the user is eligible to proceed with the journey or not and in case of eligible user, it shows if the user is NTB user or ETB user. For NTB customer to be eligible it checks if any record is available with the bank for the provided PAN and mobile number. In case product type is CAIND (for current Individual), it checks if there is any GST associated with the provided PAN. In return this API provides application reference id and token, which is used as unique reference and validated across entire journey. Along with this, ekyc url is also sent in response, which is the used for eKYC in next stage.
Current-Get Nearest Branch

This generic API is used to retrieve the nearest Branch details using the PIN code.
Current-Payment Request Initiation API for Order Creation

This API will used for initiating payment request for opening CA at Axis. It will create order at Razorpay Payment Gateway for the provided AppRefId. In response it will return Payment URL, unique payment reference ID which will redirect partner to Axis Payment Gateway. A redirection URL is required to be provided by the partner where the flow is required to be redirected in case of success/ failure during payment at the payment gateway.
Current-State City API - GET

This API is used to retrieve the list of states and cities with their respective codes.
